The Perfect Flavor Combination
Fill your kitchen with the delicious aroma of a sophisticated pasta dish made with fresh Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini tossed in a rich and creamy rosé sauce. The indulgent sauce made with a base of sautéed onion, mushroom, eggplant and zucchini complements the 3 cheese filled tortellini perfectly for everyone to enjoy.
This cheesy and veggie-loaded meat-free meal will quickly become a staple in your household, pleasing even picky eaters! Top with plenty of shredded Mozzarella or extra Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve alongside crusty garlic bread to scoop up every last bit of the amazing vegetable sauce.
To add a spicy touch, sauté a pinch of red pepper flakes with the veggies to not overpower the flavour, but add a bit of a kick.
What Is Rosé Sauce?
Not to be confused with the beverage, Olivieri® Creamy Rosé is the perfect combination of tomato sauce mixed with just a touch of cream, which adds a luscious texture to all kinds of pasta dishes.
Try it with a variety of products like a plate of Bacon Rosé Gnocchi (what is gnocchi) or maybe oven-baked Chicken & Prosciutto Cannelloni in Rosé Sauce. While there is no wine in this dish, pair with your favourite complementing drink for red sauce.
