What is Personal Data?

Your personal data includes information or a combination of information that could directly or indirectly be used to identify you. Personal data includes an identifier like a name, address, email, telephone number, ID number, credit card number, location data, website usage history, online identifier or factors about economic, cultural or social identity.

Which categories of Personal Data do we collect and how do we process such personal data?

We may collect personal data of our customers, suppliers and website users and individuals who are interested in Riviana’s Olivieri® brand and interact with the brand and its products.

Below describes the categories of personal data we may collect:

We use these to provide you with personalized content and information, and to send you brochures, coupons, samples, offers and other information on our products; and/or to deliver relevant advertising.

Demographic information – For example, data such as age, gender, hobby or activities, tastes or preferences.

Please note that your decision to provide any personal data to us is voluntary unless the processing of your data is required by law. You will therefore not be subject to adverse consequences if you do not wish to provide us with your personal data. However, please note that if you do not provide certain information, we may not be able to accomplish some or all of the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, and you may not be able to use certain tools, systems or services offered by Riviana which require the use of such personal data.
