Chicken Pesto Tortellini with Cherry Tomatoes
COOK seasoned chicken in hot oil for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
BOIL Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini for 6 minutes. Drain pronto.
ADD asparagus to water and continue boiling until pasta is perfectly tender (2 minutes). Drain and return to pot, pronto.
TOSS chicken, Olivieri® Basil & Cheese Pesto, cherry tomatoes and pasta. Presto, you’re done!
Grated Parmesan, and fresh basil leaves are a delicious finishing touch.
