- 8 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, diced

- Olivieri® Creamy Rosé Sauce 300 ml (2/3 cup)
SAUTÉ bacon and onion in hot oil until browned (5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
BOIL Olivieri® Potato Gnocchi for 2 minutes. Drain pronto.
ADD gnocchi and Olivieri® Creamy Rosé to bacon mixture and cook until heated through (2- 3 minutes).
Garnish with shredded baby arugula for added sophistication!
