Asparagus and Red Pepper Linguine
SAUTÉ veggies in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, top with chicken broth and Olivieri® Basil & Cheese Pesto.
BOIL Olivieri® Linguine Nested until perfectly tender (2 minutes). Drain pronto.
TOSS pasta with veggie mixture.
GARNISH with Parmesan cheese and serve with love.

To add a bright taste, sprinkle lemon zest over the top before serving. And, for an additional crunch, top with chopped pine nuts.
