Cheese Tortellini with Chicken and Mushrooms
SAUTÉ mushrooms for 2- 3 minutes in hot oil, then add baby spinach and sauté until wilted (6- 8 minutes).
ADD Olivieri® Classic Marinara, chicken and Parmesan. Stir until heated and set aside.
BOIL Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini for 3- 4 minutes. Drain pronto.
COMBINE pasta with sauce mixture and toss gently.
SERVE to your pickiest eaters.
Sprinkle with fresh basil and a little extra Parmesan.
