ADD butter, garlic, hot pepper flakes and black pepper to skillet; cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
ADD shrimp; cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until shrimp are uniformly pink.
Step 5
RETURN gnocchi to skillet. Finely grate lemon zest over top (to taste). Toss the skillet until evenly combined and warmed through. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley (if using).
Step 6
CUT grated lemon into wedges and serve alongside to squeeze over portions at the table. Serve immediately.
