Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced peppers (mixture of green, red, yellow, orange)
- 1/4 Spanish onion, sliced
- Olivieri® Basil & Cheese Pesto 160g (2 tbsp)
Instructions
SAUTÉ peppers and onion in hot oil (3- 4 minutes).
Step 2
REMOVE from heat, add Olivieri® Basil & Cheese Pesto and combine.
Step 3
SERVE pronto!

Which Onions Should You Choose?
