Deceptively Simple Recipe
Tossed with a simple yet rich and savoury sauce, the Olivieri® Mushroom Lovers Ravioli steals the show for incredible flavour packed into each bite. Made with quality ingredients, the fresh pasta is generously filled with Portobello mushrooms, creamy ricotta and zesty parmesan cheese, for a wonderfully delightful meal.
To complement the earthy mushroom taste, the ravioli are tossed in a humble version of the traditional All ‘Amatriciana sauce. A simple skillet is prepared of olive oil, crispy pancetta and sautéed red tomatoes for more depth of flavour. To add a spicy touch don’t forget to sprinkle in red pepper flakes or sauté cayenne pepper with the pancetta. Create your own authentic Italian meal at home any night of the week.
Serve alongside crusty garlic bread or a side salad for a perfect hearty meal.
The pancetta can be substituted for bacon, Canadian bacon, Italian sausage or another smoked sausage of choice. To make this a meat free meal, you can also substitute a plant-based alternative like additional meaty portobello mushrooms, smoked tofu or other varieties.
