Tasty Tuscan Tortellini Salad
BOIL Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini until perfectly tender (6- 7 minutes). Drain pronto.
BLEND Olivieri® Basil & Cheese Pesto with vinaigrette; toss ½ of mixture with pasta while still warm.
ADD salami, cheese, peppers and olives. Toss carefully to combine.
REFRIGERATE for at least 1 hour or overnight.
TOSS with remaining pesto and vinaigrette mixture before serving.
TOP with juicy, ripe tomato and basil.
Add chopped walnuts for extra crunch and heartiness!
