Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato Crostini
- Garlic Bread
- Olivieri® Basil & Cheese Pesto 160 g (1 tbsp)
- 2 X 125 ml pkg fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, thinly sliced
SLICE warmed garlic bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.
PLACE slices on baking sheet and bake until toasted (5- 6 minutes).
SPREAD Olivieri® Basil & Cheese Pesto evenly over slices.
TOP each with a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato.
SPRINKLE with basil before serving.

Drizzle with 1 tbsp balsamic reduction.
