Incredible and Authentic Flavours
This comforting and delicious meal will taste like you’ve been cooking for hours, but is put together in just about 30 minutes. The creamy ricotta and bitter spinach greens in the fresh ravioli pairs perfectly with the savoury sausage, hearty mushrooms and rich herbed tomato sauce.
Perfect for impressing both guests and family members alike, prepare this recipe using our Olivieri® Fresh Ricotta and Spinach Stuffed Ravioli alongside sautéed peppers, onion, mushrooms and seared Italian sausage. If your mouth isn’t already watering just wait until you try it with a specialty Chunky Tomato and Herb sauce.
Our specialty blend is a classic tomato sauce with fine herbs, making it perfect for a simple yet elegant and authentic meal. For a spicy kick, sauté the vegetables with red pepper flakes before adding in the sauce. For a creamier variety, use our Creamy Rosé, which is a tomato-based sauce with just a touch of cream.
If desired, capers and olives can also be tossed in.
Other varieties of fresh ravioli can also be used such as our Olivieri Artisan® Roasted Portobello Mushroom and Parmesan Ravioli. Simply omit the extra mushrooms, replace them with spinach, or keep them in if desired. However, for best results, we suggest using the designated ravioli variety in the recipe.
