- Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini 350 g
- 1.4 L chicken or beef broth
- 2 cups spinach, torn into pieces
- 2 tbsp parsley
BOIL broth over medium heat.
POUR in Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
ADD parsley and fresh spinach, cook for just another 5 minutes.

Make sure to sprinkle your favourite cheese on top. We suggest using Parmesan Reggiano, as many Parmesan cheeses for the most authentic rich, cheesy results.
While this recipe may be meat free, to make it completely vegetarian, use vegetable broth. Replace spinach with other greens such as kale if desired. For a kick, sprinkle in red pepper flakes or simmer with broth.
