
Loaded Bacon and Egg Breakfast Skillet Gnocchi
Step 1
MELT butter in large nonstick skillet set over medium heat; cook bacon and sausages for 2 to 3 minutes or until fat begins to render and sausages are starting to brown.
Step 2
ADD Olivieri® Skillet Cheese Gnocchi, tomatoes and thyme to skillet.
Step 3
INCREASE heat to medium-high; sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until gnocchi are starting to brown.
Step 4
CREATE 4 pockets in skillet mixture using back of wooden spoon; crack egg into each pocket. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until egg whites are set but yolks are still runny or until cooked as desired.
