Simple, Yet Authentic
Elevate your dinner with ease using Olivieri® Braised Beef au jus Ravioli. Savour the taste of fresh ravioli made from simple ingredients like durum wheat semolina, water and eggs. This pasta is then stuffed with an incredibly delicious filling of seasoned braised beef au jus. Au Jus of course means that it contains the juices that were released when the meat was cooked, like gravy or sauce. All of that is wrapped into tasty ravioli that you can boil simply in just 3-4 minutes for a meal with authentic Italian flavour.
Perfect for impressing your family or guests, this recipe is simple to make in just 15 minutes, but will taste like you’ve been cooking for hours. No one needs to know just how easy it was.
Pair with roasted vegetables like broccoli, eggplant, zucchini, onion, asparagus and any other seasonal favourites or what you have on hand.
The Ultimate Marinara Sauce
With all of that hearty meat, we’re pairing this dish with a homemade or store-bought marinara sauce to complement the filled ravioli. This traditional pasta sauce boasts a rich taste starting with tomatoes, vegetables and herbs like basil, capers and a touch of zesty lemon. Its versatility can be used in all kinds of baked or skillet dishes as well as a dip for appetizers! Start your meal with a few Skillet Cheese Gnocchi with Marinara Sauce or layer it into an Old Fashioned Lasagna.
And, if you’re craving the deep rich tomato flavour with a bit of creamy taste, you’ll want to try our Olivieri® Creamy Rosé Sauce.
