Beef Ravioli with Portobello Rosé Sauce
COOK the ravioli according to the package directions; drain well.
HEAT the oil in a medium size skillet and set it over medium heat. Cook the mushroom, onion, garlic, salt and pepper for about 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.
STIR in the sauce; cook for about 2 minutes or until reheated.
TOSS the ravioli with the sauce until they are well coated and sprinkle with parsley.
