POUR beef broth into a small saucepan set over medium heat.

ADD cornstarch, whisking until smooth.

COOK, whisking often, for 3 to 4 minutes or until glossy and thickened. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.

MEANWHILE, MELT butter in a non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat.
Step 5

Step 6
TRANSFER gnocchi to one or two shallow serving bowl(s). Scatter cheese over top and drizzle with hot gravy.
