Skillet Gnocchi Carbonara
Step 1
COOK bacon in large skillet set over medium heat until fat starts to render. Increase heat to medium-high.
Step 2
ADD Olivieri® Skillet Classic Gnocchi; sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is cooked and gnocchi are heated through, golden brown and crispy. Drain excess fat.
Step 3
STIR in Olivieri® Classic Alfredo Sauce; bring to simmer. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
Step 4
SPRINKLE with cheese and pepper; toss until well combined and garnish with chives.
