Italian Sausage Tortelloni Alfredo with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Olivieri® Italian Sausage Tortelloni 600 g
- 4 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Olivieri® Classic Alfredo 300 ml
Instructions
BOIL Olivieri® Italian Sausage Tortelloni for 3- 4 minutes. Drain pronto.
Step 2
SAUTÉ mushrooms in hot oil for 2- 3 minutes.
Step 3
POUR in Olivieri® Classic Alfredo and cook until heated through (2- 3 minutes).
Step 4
ADD pasta and toss with care until coated.
Tasty Tip
Don’t forget to garnish with a pinch (or more!) of freshly grated Parmesan.
