Olivieri® Fresh Italian Sausage Tortelloni is made using 3 simple ingredients: Durum Wheat Semolina, eggs and water. And, to top it off, it cooks up in just 3-4 minutes for minimal effort with maximum flavour.

Enhance your dish even more by adding in a touch of rich and creamy Olivieri® Classic Alfredo Sauce. Made with quality ingredients like milk, Parmesan cheese and butter, the fresh taste makes for a sauce that jarred varieties just can’t beat. It’s also perfect for serving family-friendly meals and sneaking in one or two extra vegetables like mushrooms or green spinach. Keep it on hand for this dish or try it with our fresh linguine pasta in this dish of Linguine Italiano.
Add in earthy mushrooms for a bit more nutrients, however, substitute with sun-dried tomatoes or zucchini for a different blend of tastes.
This dish makes about 4 servings, so if you’re interested in having leftovers to bring with for lunch or dinner, make sure to double the recipe ingredients!
Tortelloni vs Tortellini
Often used interchangeably, these two pastas are actually different in size. Tortellini are smaller filled pasta while tortelloni are larger in size and stuffed with a bit more filling. Have fun experimenting with recipes using both varieties.
