
Gnocchi Skillet Nachos
Step 1
PREHEAT broiler.
Step 2
HEAT oil in ovenproof large skillet over medium-high heat; cook beef and taco seasoning for 2 to 3 minutes or until just starting to brown.
Step 3
ADD Olivieri® Cheddar Bacon Skillet Gnocchi; sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until gnocchi are heated through, golden brown and crispy.
Step 4
TOP gnocchi with beans, cheese, green onions and jalapeño.
Step 5
BROIL for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 6
SERVE with salsa, guacamole and sour cream for dipping.
To make this a vegetarian dish, omit ground beef and substitute Olivieri® Cheddar Bacon Skillet Gnocchi with Olivieri® Classic Skillet Gnocchi.
